Things that made me happy today:

Max passed his Driver’s Ed on-line exam. On-line instruction is the hardest for him. He used up his time twice and also blew the final test by guessing. When we called the company to make sure he could still take the exam if he signed up again, they sent us all the questions he had missed on the final and we were able to look up the answers. There’s more than one way . . .

I stayed inside most of the day in this cold rain we’re having. And did a lot of household chores, including paying bills and filing. I feel so accomplished.

My Christmas cactus plants are blooming again.

The taking-a-photograph tip for puzzles is also working on this gem I have. Super helpful. It feels like a bit of a cheat.
