Things that made me happy today:

Sunshine after some much needed rain.

Blooms in the neighborhood — hyacinth, Bradford pear, daffodils, buds on trees the size of pencils!

Finishing this humdinger of a puzzle this moring.

Ruby brought home her World History poster and tomorrow it goes to Michael’s for a frame and a copy and a frame so each house can proudly display this piece. She got a special mention in class for this work. After a couple of nightmarish years, she is enjoying school again.

The warm, sunny weather has me anticipating some plant action in my yard. Portable plant action, I think.

And you? I always love to hear what makes you happy.
