Things making me happy:

Church. Always. So much humor and love this morning. Two of our ministers on the dais and they seemed close to giggling with delight. Because, you know, you don’t have to be good. Today’s sermon was about Universalism. Relax. Do good. There’s no hell.

Brunch with a large group of friends. I think there were 12 of us, four returned from summer hiatus, a new person, and the others were regulars. We go to a deli kind of place where we order and pay at the counter, they prepare all our food and bring it when the whole party is there. Maximum visiting, minimum waiting.

Tomorrow’s a bonus day, any way you slice it. Thanks to the Labor Movement for bringing us a 40-hour work week, and many benefits.

Got in a short walk with the temp down to only 85 or so this evening.

And Ms Bunny is back. I almost tripped on her when I was out filling all my water dishes about 4 pm. She has a white stripe on each side and that beautiful ginger red color on the nape of her neck.
