Things that made me happy today:
Stopped at a nearby bagel shop for an everything bagel this morning. Sometimes there’s just something really specific that I want. A Muslim family was handling things at 7 am on a Saturday, a neighborly thing to do that I haven’t seen in a while.
I posted this picture of my neighbor’s yard this morning. She really didn’t know where to stop.
Crows are back this morning. Standing on the fence outside my kitchen desk. More come when I call and clean up the peanuts pretty fast.
I got in a quick walk in the 100% humidity this morning, under my umbrella. It was really good to get outside and walk a bit.
Today was the last Community Gathering for this year’s Partnership Explorations Course for Elders. It exceeded my expectations. And they were pretty high.
