Five things that made me happy today:

1 through 5. Max and a friend made it to the State Fair on their own today — The friend’s mom got them to the train station and then they managed on their own. I’m sure they had a great time. A fair amount of planning, checking schedules and prices, and so on went into this achievement. I’m proud of both of them.
