What’s making me happy:

Yesterday was a stellar day at church. The morning’s service had so many highlights, including just amazing music from a new 11-person troupe. Wow.

The sermon, enrolling everyone in the room in ministry, as in, What are you doing for the world these days?

Ten or so friends at brunch. Good food. Great conversation. Settling in for the fall.

And, then, in the afternoon, @Rev T J Fitzgerald was affirmed as the newest member of our ministerial staff. It was a joyous, loving event.

Why I go to church ever week at First Unitarian Church of Dallas.
