Five things that made me happy today:

1. Watched Nomadland at the Soto house this evening. Excellent film. It’ll take a couple days to finish processing. Highly recommend.

2. Sassy the Crow interrupted my 5 pm Zoom call by landing right outside my window and yelling for peanuts. Loud enough for the participants to hear him. I did feed him right after. He stays on the fence now after I come outside.

3. Another warmish and very windy day still provided some haphazard gardening time. My kind of day.

5things4. I have a really good landlady. I noticed one of my furnace units (I have two) wasn’t working at all. Within a few hours a couple of HVAC guys were here to work on it, and add some freon to the a/c side.

5. One of the repair guys had an entire repertoire of really bad puns that he dropped, one at a time, as he saw me. I like repair people who like their jobs.
