Five things that made me happy today:

1. Sun. All day.

2. @Rev Ruth preached a rip-snortin’ sermon about repentance. The band played rockin’ music. John Ebey and I went to the wrong restaurant for brunch. (We did have a good one.)

3. And part of the source material for the sermon was Rita Nakashima Brock and Rebecca Parker’s book Saving Paradise — an excellent book that was published while I was in seminary.

4. This might be the most blue ink I’ve got into a happy post so far.

5. Not only did my friendly UU Yella Honda park NEXT to me this morning, but I saw our sister car at Luckey’s on the way to the wrong restaurant. We hit it out of the park today!
