Five things that made me happy today:

1. A very clean bill of health from my new provider. The office is so well managed and every single contact with every single staff person is uniformly gracious. Such a shift from my last doctor.

And, of course, I got that year added to my life while I was in her office!

2. A frog-strangler of a rain storm this afternoon. It lasted 30 or 40 minutes, pouring buckets from the sky. Now the sky is blue almost everywhere.

3. The bunnies are back out. There’s a newish one who seems to like the front yard and he is not from the White Diamond Blaze family. He seems braver than the backyard bunnies. It may be because his field of vision is so much wider out front (without the fence).

4. Two identical Teslas pulled up separately to the light in front of me this morning and I was so glad I hadn’t rushed right out and bought one. They are so common now.

5. In case you missed it, Ruby put together her new desk, solo, last night. She says the first drawer set took about an hour and the second one about ten minutes. She is an excellent assembler. The hard part was lifting that counter slab to the top of the drawers. And the pic is her in her new room, right next to her old room. She is also excellent at decorating.
