Five things that made me happy today:

1. Church. As always. An amazing clarinet soloist and Alan Dyer on the piano.

2. A warm and sunny day meant I got 30 or 40 minutes just sitting in my back yard, in one of my big red chairs, enjoying sun on my body.

3. A memorial service for Brian Regnier, a man who has created, managed, led dozens of programs and organizations that are dedicated to empowering people to shape a world that works for everyone, for almost 50 years. Several hundred joined by zoom to pay tribute. So heartfelt.

4. A little puzzle time this afternoon. Several small puddles of pieces came together to make substantial inroads on a really hard puzzle. Pix to come.

5. All four of us are symptom free today, hoping that means negative Covid tests tomorrow.

I’d love to hear what made you happy today.

Keep going.
