Five things that made me happy today:

1. Ruby’s soccer team took their first loss. 4–3 tonight. Fast fast game. Her last game of the season since vacay starts Tuesday.

2.Ruby passed summer school biology. A gift of the gods. Truly.

3. Had one more request for Granma MarySue’s Corona Tour — details about the 30+ trips we took around Dallas during Covid. With two teens. I’ll send you one if you’ll put your email in FB messages. There are lots of free or nearly free things to do within 75 miles or so of Dallas. Pretty good list for when company comes, too.

4. Pretty pink sunset tonight.

5. Watered this morning and filled up all the containers in the back yard. The doves are out there now, calling. This weather must be really hard on birds. Put some water out!!
