Five things that made me happy today:

1. A visit to Linda Trinkle’s studio to pick up some pieces for Ruby and something for me. It’s the one on the right in my front hall. I may hang it later. Finding its home. See below. Ruby’s is the gradated one at the top and the solid red one is my work. Bill Denham’s work Dragonfly is the hanging metal piece.

2. Great call for my Saturday Drama class. Always intriguing and insightful.

3. Sunshine all day. What could be better on a cold day?

4. Rabbit tracks all over the yard. I think it’s called a trot — left right/right left? Then there’s another guy who’s right left/left right. I dream of being a great wildlife tracker.

5. Handling my DSLR camera makes me happy. I bought it for my Ottoman Empire cruise in 2004 and I still like using it. It has a 10x zoom that is perfect for my needs. It’s very good to have a tool that does exactly what you want.
