Five things that made me happy today:

1. Bunch o’ errands run today. Things picked up and delivered. Emails created and sent. A few things forwarded to the appropriate people. Etc.

2. Finished the hardest puzzle ever. Ready for a trade. Once was enough! First offer gets it. I will mail, if necessary.

3. Some good magazine reading is sitting beside my big comfortable reading chair, I just got a pretty good, running start on Caste, and I am getting off line for the night.

4. I capitalized on a beautiful warm day for a walk to the Soto house. It was about 75 this afternoon. Great February weather. (I lived in Oklahoma for several years and would always have a little contest with the weather man to produce shirt sleeve weather for my birthday on 24 February. It used to be considerably more dicey than 2022.)

5. My red-and-green foliage plants that I bought for the kitchen last fall are about to outgrow their kitchen window perch. There’s near-perfect light there for them.
