Five things that made me happy today:

1. A little visit by Baby Thea. Haven’t seen here in two or three weeks. Wow. Babies grow and develop really fast.

2. Intriguing conversation about “Value” with a friend. I do miss salons. Maybe we should start them again in the new year. I’ll have to think about that.

3. Finished my super giant 1500 piece puzzle. It’s the biggest I’ve worked on. My son, Eric Loehr, did 8000 pieces a few years ago. You’ll have to check with him about how it went. This was part of my trade with Lorlee Bartos! It was really fun. I’m ready to pass it on. Trade or no.

4. Planning a family trip to White Rock to see if we can spot the eagles. My first trip was unsuccessful but I got that beautiful shot of the pelicans in the foggy sunrise. Who knows what we’ll see this time?? Better charge up my DSL camera battery.

5. Charging up my battery makes me happy. It reminds me of my trip to the Mediterranean with 18 friends that year. Lots of tales to tell. Stan Carpenter helped me shop for that camera and I still take it when I want some serious pictures even though my phone does just fine. Everyone should have a friend like Stan!!

I’d love to hear what made you happy today. Go!!

Keep going.
