Five things that made me happy yesterday:

1. Came home tired and filled up with happy late-ish last night, so . . .

2. Dinner with friends at Dream cafe Lakewood’s new-ish location on Mockingbird. Slow service, good food, excellent conversations.

3. Adjourned to nearby St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church for The Orpheus Singers next to last concert as Don Krehbiel retires.

4. The acoustics at St Thomas are ethereal. The singers were on the chancel and a brass quartet and an airplane-size pipe organ were in the loft in the back.

5. Ethereal.
