Five things that made me happy today:

1. Rip-roaring conversation with a long-time friend regarding how life itself is going. So many ideas and connections.

2. Max and Ruby rode shotgun for several errands (learning opportunities) today. We dropped off a product return at an unrelated store close to the house and it is a paper store with WASHI. Needless to say, Ruby is intrigued. We will be returning.

3. We picked up a picture book by a friend of White Rock Lake in the snow. Check out @Nancy Ellis of Ellis Design. It’s a book of beautiful photographs.

4. How could we get that close to White Rock Lake without a stop at @Sunset Bay for our bird friends? Nothing exotic today, just a peaceful scene. I miss that neighborhood.

5. Max and I checked some final technical details about his presentation on Wednesday. PM me if you’d like to join us at 1 central from The Einstein School. He’ll be doing a 30 minute zoom talk and Q & A about city planning.
